How it works

Here are the 3 simple steps you need to follow to convert PDF to video

Import PDF file

Click on "Import PDF" button at the top left of the program to import the PDF to convert to video (.mp4 format)

Upload your PDF

Click on "Import PDF" button at the top left of the program to import the PDF to convert to video (.mp4 format)

Settings

Set Video Resolution, Frame Rate, Watermark, add transiction effects and set frame duration

Customization

Preview and Save

Click on Preview to play the first 30 seconds of the video. If everything is OK, click on Create Video to save it on your PC

Step 1. Download and install PDF to Video Converter

Click Here to to download the software. Then do double click on the .exe file to start installation. After that you will see the following main screen:

Step 2. Import PDF file

Click on Import PDF button at the top left of the main interface. Then choose the PDF you want to convert to video.

Once the PDF is imported you will see all thumbnail of PDF pages at the top of the program (timeline), as you can see also from following screenshot:

You can click on the magnifying glass icons (at the top right of the program) to adjust the view of the timeline as you want.

Step 3. Import music background (optional)

On the second timeline (below the PDF one) you can import background music. Click the music notes icon to upload an MP3 file to use as the soundtrack in the video.

Step 4. Video customization

In the Settings section you can adjust the following parameters to customize and optimize the video:

  • Resolution (video quality)
  • Frame rate and audio bit rate
  • Add Watermark/logo (only in PRO version)
  • Add transiction Effects

There are 10 transiction effects you can use (even multiple effects at the same time). Click on Apply to All to set the same effect for all frames. Or you can click on Random to set random transiction effects (the video will be more dinamic).

Step 4. Preview video

Click on Preview Video button to view the first 30 sec of your video. The video will be played on your default “video player”.

Step 5. Save and Export Video

When everything meets your needs, click Create Video and the program will save the mp4 file to your computer. The video creation time depends on the size of the PDF file and the set resolution. Wait until a message like “Video Completed” appears and then check on your desktop the newly created mp4 file on your desktop.

Additional functions

OPEN/SAVE PROJECT

In to avoid having to set the various parameters each time, PDF to Video allows you to save the project for future use.
By clicking on SAVE PROJECT you will be able to save the settings in a .vps file on your computer.

To import a saved project instead you will have to follow these steps:
1. Click on Import PDF to convert to Video to load the PDF (the same PDF used for the creation of the project)
2. Click on Open Project and load the previously saved project file
3. Proceed with editing and creating the new video

WORD/POWERPOINT/EXCEL TO VIDEO

With this software you can also import documents in Word, Powerpoint and Excel format and then convert them into video file. You just need to upload the file (ppt, pptx, doc, docx, xls, xlsx) and then click on Convert to Video. The program automatically will turn the document into video and you can preview and export it on your PC

PDF EDITOR

PDF to Video Converter also offers a powerful PDF Editor feature that you can use to edit PDF before converting to video.

Clicking on PDF Editor (button at the top of the program) will open a new screen from which you can upload a PDF file to make the changes you want.

The changes you can make are different.
1. Add or remove text from PDF
2. Change background
3. PDF pages removal
4. Added new PDF pages
5. Rotate PDF pages
6. Crop PDF pages
7. Added annotations
8. Highlight parts of the PDF
9. Add images
10. And much more….

At the end of the desired changes, just click on “Convert to video” at the top to access the “PDF to Video” function again from which you can convert from PDF to MP4.
